Next Los Angeles workshop:
Thursday, November 5, 11:30-12:30
All for Kids Headquarters (Magnolia)
1910 Magnolia Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90007
Developed by Laura Fonseca, MT-BC, of Stepping Tones
and Monica Olsen, CPSS, of Project Resilience:
Live Oak Behavioral Wellness, the goal of these workshops
is threefold:
- to use music to support healthy neurodevelopment and social-emotional skills in preschoolers (and to talk about what that means)
- to teach kids and the grownups who care for them self-regulation and co-regulation skills (and how to develop them in "cool moments" to be ready for use in "hot moments")
- to use our time together to build the relationship between child and caregiver as well as to begin to build kids' skills interacting both with their peers and with other grownups.
There are also lots of mini-goals along the way!

Children do SO MUCH learning and growing from ages 3-5.
That's why we created the Supported Seedlings workshops.
Last Wednesday of every month, 10-11 a.m. at All for Kids Family Resource Center in Palmdale
Monthly at All for Kids Headquarters (Magnolia) in Los Angeles
Thursday, November 5, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 2, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Beginning January 2027, our Los Angeles group will meet at a new time and location TBD to accommodate the Magnolia center's renovations. Stay tuned!
Music & Mindful Regulation
This month, we'll be singing about how to be mindful and self-regulating and co-regulating big feelings.
When we are intentional about teaching these skills in structured settings, our little ones get the practice they need to be confident and kind in the “real world,” whether we’re by their side or they’re on their own.
We are so grateful to our partners at All for Kids for making this program possible!
